Before starting to cook, prepare the ingredients first. Here are the ingredients that must be prepared to make Ravioli with truffles and creamy tuna sauce :

  1. 1 pack ravioli- fresh if possible. I like the porcini mushroom ones

  2. 200 ml milk

  3. 50 gr Parmesan cheese grated

  4. 50 gr tuna from can

  5. 1 tsp capers

  6. Truffle sliced and or truffle oil (optional)

  2. Roughly chop the capers. Once the pasta has cooked arrange on 2 plates and discard the water.

  3. In the same pan add the milk and bring to a simmer then add the cheese stir to melt

    Then add the tuna and capers.

  4. Pour the sauce over the pasta and add the truffles (optional) or some fresh basil. ENJOY
